A LITTLE ABOUT ME
ERNESTO AVENDAÑO
My name is Ernesto Avendaño. I am a nutritionist from Venezuela who graduated from the University of Los Andes (Venezuela) in 2007, with an equivalency in the United States with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition, Licensed in the State of Florida (Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist LDN). I have teaching studies in University Education (ULA) and studies in Metabolic Syndrome at Harvard Medical School. In 2017 I finished my book called “Sugar, A Sweet Enemy”, and I am always looking for a way to provide more quality information to my patients and followers on social media, a community that we have grown thanks to the support of all of you.
After exhaustive experience as a nutritionist, I have come to the conclusion that the most common mistake made by people who want to change their nutrition is to look for the “miracle” diet that will quickly help them lose the weight they have gained in years; which is why I have created a method in which my patients do not see this process as a diet, but rather as the way in which we can lead a healthy lifestyle while enjoying it; eating in a delicious, healthy and practical way in order to maintain the results for the rest of our lives.
We will create a healthy life where we do not talk about the absence of diseases, but about the presence of vitality and a sense of well-being.
