In-person Consultation Basic Plan

Plan duration: 10 consultations in total, 5 personalized consultations (appointments every 7-10 days), 5 group sessions (every Friday)

• I will analyze your diet
• We will establish a goal
• We will identify your mistakes
• I will give you a personalized meal plan tailored to your tastes, needs, and conditions
• We will meet every 7-10 days to evaluate the treatment and verify that you are achieving your goal.
• The meal plan will be modified whenever necessary
• You can clarify your doubts during the treatment via email
• You will learn to buy the best products at the supermarket
• You will learn how to eat at restaurants and when on vacation.
