Plan duration: Total 20 consultations, 10 personalized consultations (appointments every 7-10 days), 10 group sessions (every Friday)

• I will analyze your diet
• We will establish a goal
• We will identify your mistakes
• I will give you a personalized meal plan tailored to your tastes, needs, and conditions
• We will meet every 7-10 days to evaluate the treatment and verify that you are achieving your goal.
• The meal plan will be modified whenever necessary
• You can clarify your doubts during the treatment via email
